Idea Submission
Plaintiffs frequently claim these days that the concept for a TV show or movie was originally their idea. We have experience handling such “idea submission” cases.
For example, we defended a cable television network in a lawsuit concerning the idea for a show about NASCAR drivers. We also have defended a major motion picture studio in a suit concerning the concept for a remake of the movie, “How to Marry a Millionaire? ”, as well as a Spanish-language network in an idea submission case concerning a television program.
