Idea Submission
Many times strangers will claim that a concept for a TV show or movie is based on their original idea, treatment or screenplay. We have experience handling such “idea submission” cases.
For example, we defended a cable television network in a lawsuit concerning the idea for a show about NASCAR drivers. We also defended a major motion picture studio in a suit concerning the concept for a remake of the movie, “How to Marry a Millionaire? ”. We defended a Spanish-language network in an idea submission case concerning a television program.
